DPR Online Registration - Help
The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) offers a large variety of programs and activities at DPR facilities across the District. You can view, search, or register for these programs and activities using DPR's
online registration system or
online calendar. Registration can also be completed in-person at a
DPR registration site.
Using Online Registration
To use DPR's online registration system, you will need:
- An email account.
- Account and password, see DPR Online Registration - Request Account for more information.
- If paying by credit card, complete card information, inlcuding account number, expiration date, and billing name and address as it appears on your card statement.
Online registration is a three-step process:
- Search - Search for an Activity or Program
- Select - Choose an Activity or Program for Enrollment
- Checkout - Confirm and Complete the Transaction
1) Search for an Activity or Program: The search funciton allows the user to:
- Search activities or programs by location or category;
- Sort the lists and review by future programs or those that are currently in progress;
- View more detail by selecting the activity name (Note: Activities with information highlighted in gray are not available for registration).

2) Choose an Activity or Program: The online registration system uses a cart feature to hold your selections, just follow these directions:
- Highlight the activity of interest
- Select Add to My Cart
- Continue searching and adding activities to your Cart until finished
- Proceed to Checkout
3) Checkout: Please review your transactions before you check out.
- Select My Cart and review your selections carefully before proceeding. You can still remove activities from your cart, view more activities, or update your cart. If everything is correct, select Checkout to proceed
- Select Confirm Prices to review your transactions to confirm price, time, and date of each activity. Select Continue to proceed.
- Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information page then select Continue to proceed.
Note: the name and address must match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your billing address, select My Account and change your account address to match your billing address.
- Print your receipt.
Common Issues
I forgot my password.
Enter your login name and click the box “Forgot my password?” The system will ask you a question to confirm the account and prompt you to create a new password.
I forgot my login name.
Please send us an email that includes your address and a daytime telephone number. In most cases, we will respond with your login name and a temporary password within one business day.
I’m being charged non-resident fees.
We need to correct a problem with your profile. Please email or call
