Teen Programs - Teen Night
Teen Night is a program of the DC Department of Parks and Recreation's (DPR) Office of Teen Programs for District teenagers ages 13 to 19 years old, held at various recreation centers throughout the year on Friday nights, 7 pm - 12 am. Teen Nights are designed for young people by young people, with some assistance from DPR staff. Teen Nights involve any number of different recreational, leisure, social and cultural activities, in a safe and healthy environment.
Teen Night activities can include:
- Movie Night
- Fashion and Talent shows
- Video games
- Table and Card Games
- Poetry Slam
- Karaoke
- Pool Party
- Dances
- Double Dutch
- Spot Shot
- Dodge Ball
- Volley Ball
- Kick Ball
- Arts & Crafts
- Special Trips - Boat Rides, Dinners, Sporting Events, Concerts
- Laser Tag
- Night Skiing
- Roller Skating and Ice Skating
- Life Skills Workshops
