DPR Welcomes Golden Triangle Business Improvement District as Newest Park Partner On Tuesday, April 8, 2008, the Department of Parks and Recreation welcomed the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (BID) as their newest Park Partner.  The two organizations partnered with the National Cherry Blossom Festival to plant cherry blossom trees at the DPR triangle park at the intersection of 21st Street, M Street, and New Hampshire Avenue, NW.  Photos courtesy of Golden Triangle BID.
