DPR Partners with DCPS for Second DPR Play Day Play Day On Friday, October 30, 2009, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) in coordination with the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), offered its second DPR Play Day -- a full day of programs for DCPS students in grades Kindergarten through 8 -- at DPR sites across the District.
